That's it?

Where should I begin? My intuition? I had a funny feeling when I went for lunch with dear family a week earlier. Dear's sis-in-law "V" didn't join us and I didn't see her. Maybe she is caught up with work which she told me earlier.

The news came shockingly when I am having lunch with my dear at Ipoh Old Town Last Saturday 22/03.

Dear family is planning to celebrate his birthday on that evening. Dear's phone rings, it is his 2nd brother. Dear's facial reaction worries me. After he ended the call, he ask me to think of an excuse to cancel off the celebration. Obviously I will ask why and who's that on the phone.

Dear: It's bro. Mummy and elder bro is having an arguement now at home.

Me: Huh... serious leh. The how come 2nd bro can call you?

Dear: That fella for sure "siam" to other place.

Me: By the way what is mummy yelling about?

Dear: Elder bro is seperating with "V". Not into divorce stage yet. She went back to her home for the past 2 week liao.

Me: Let me guess... "SAME CASE WITH DAD"

Dear: Yup. "Unfaithful"! Elder bro is with another woman.

Me: Well... No wonder mum is furious - for sure she will question on Zack (their 1yr+ son) status.

Dear: New generation victim! .......

Sigh.... DRAMATIC. This ponder me on my trust towards my dear. My head keeps on thinking - It is in their BLOOD!

And why it has to be during dear's birthday? Last year I bump into his dad with a woman at KLCC, this year round his elder bro case. But I am not sure how realiable is his 2nd bro news as to me their family really lack of communication & bonding.

Dear's 26th Birthday

Not many people dining at the time we arrive. Since dear just finish his work quite late, he seems tired. We arrive about 7 plus - earlier than the reservation time. Once we step into the restaurant, the have shelves of wines...

Once we settle down, dear start ordering his favourite Spaghetti Bolognaise and for me... I can't remember exactly hehe... it is just a normal dinner and ends with tiramisu. The strawberry is sour... yeeeeeee


Nothing impressive to me. And to dear is just another meal with me... Initially I am upset but thinking of how much effort I put into celebrating his birthday... I didn't do much ssssssshhhhhhhhhh.

Results

Hehe... I still remember how worried I am when I sat for my Accounts paper earlier last December. I am prepared to re sit my paper. Result came out in the begining of the month and it took me 2 weeks plus to obtain my result.

Finally... I obtain a pass although I didn't score on this module. Pheww.... lucky this time but I should not let this happen again. Yes, it does pull down my average marks... :(. Thinking of which I better start on my operation module assignment. Deadline is just around the corner. And I don't even have a topic in my mind... Oh NO>>>>>>

Valentine's Night!

I almost can't remember when is my last romantic dinner with my dear. A few years ago??

But this year, dear brought me to this Le Bouchon French Restaurant at the corner of Changkat Bukit Bintang. It is a cosy cottagelike dining place. We enjoy the food and the house wine. We took the dinner set and we took almost 2 hours to finish the 3 course set meal...

The dish that I enjoy most is the Les Escargots De Bourgogne Aux Epinards - loosely translates to Burgundy Snails cooked in Creamy Spinach Sauce. I had the Les Escalopes De Magret Confit Sauce aux Pruneaux - Duck Magret Confit Escalopes served with Plum Sauce and the dessert vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and almond top.

I am surprise he brought me there. All I know is that his liking is more towards Italian food. Authentic French cuisine???

Meantime, I have to start planning for dear birthday. Hem...
