It has been a long time that I did not travel to southern states in Malaysia. Because of work I traveled down to Johor Bahru, Kluang, Batu Pahat, Melaka and Seremban. I only manage to pass by Muar. All destination in two days. Lucky that I am travel with a bunch of easy going colleague - stress free haha...
Exam finished. Now preparing for next semester. My good friend Christ is getting hitch this month September 28th. All the best wishes to her.
As for work, I am working on improving the positive energy in the team which i found lacking in terms of spirits, attitude and ethics. PHeeeewwww a lot of communication to be fix. I felt that more people talk bad about thier own team. And the virus spreading from one to another. I just don't get it - why would you do that? It is your own team! You are the one who work with them at least 8 hours a day. Yet you are the one who tell them the team is going down:( , hopeless, not worthy... to me are you a team player? Obviously not in the eyes of me and other people.
I dare not say that I am a good team player because obviously I am always against and disrespect my direct superior most of the time and worst of all this is the major issue I am facing since I am reporting to him. I will not give up but yet to try harder to communicate to him on the work issue. Until that I lost faith and give up hope on it. Leaders??? Nah... definately not him.
